The breakfasts were tasty and marvellous with thoughtful extra touches. The bathroom was best and the room itself good-sized.- The accommodation is set in a central location near Keswick and the local hikes, pubs, and restaurants.

I had neat well heated room with a lounge and coffee. I had a lovely view of river from my window. Hotel's location was fab, to the Lake District. I didn't want to leave and would love to come back.

We liked the hotel and Keswick, had 5 great days there. Everything was perfect and the staff was friendly and very pleasant. Booked the property for its particularly good and magnificent location near Beatrix Potter attractions, Keswick and the local hikes, pubs and restaurants and local sights. Café The Honey Pot Restaurant located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

We had an excellent stay during our visit. The staff were the best. The location was fabulous, within walking distance of the main square. The guest house was adjacent to bars, restaurants, and shops, as well as the town center. We dined at Woodstone Pizza and Grill, which was just a pleasant stroll away from the guest house.
